Terry Effertz

Terry Effertz is Executive Director of the North Dakota Hospitality Association and TechND, and owner of Effertz Executive Search and Management. An attorney and UND School of Law graduate, she practices through Effertz Law PLLC, serves as Special Assistant City Attorney for Legislative Affairs for the City of Fargo, and previously clerked for the North Dakota Supreme Court. Terry brings legal, legislative, and association leadership experience to her work advocating for North Dakota's hospitality industry.
