North Dakota Hospitality Association
Organization Overview
The North Dakota Hospitality Association (NDHA) is the statewide voice of North Dakota's hospitality industry. NDHA represents restaurants, hotels and lodging properties, resorts, bars and taverns, attractions, and the suppliers and service providers who support them. From family-owned cafés in small towns to hotels in the state's largest cities, NDHA members are at the heart of North Dakota's communities and a vital part of the state's economy.
NDHA's mission is to promote, protect, and advance the hospitality industry in North Dakota. The association advocates on behalf of its members before the North Dakota Legislature, state agencies, and local governments, working to ensure that policies affecting labor, taxation, food safety, alcohol regulation, and tourism reflect the realities of operating a hospitality business. NDHA keeps members informed on legislative and regulatory developments and gives them a strong, unified voice on the issues that matter most.
