Post pandemic urgency, how do we keep phones ringing in a positive way? This session answers that with Michael Odom, VP, Marx Layne & Co., a Detroit PR & digital media agency sharing key strategies to take advantage of the wave & build brand awareness, ending with an interactive media training session for all staff levels.
