This year's meeting has been intentionally structured to maximize collaboration across our State Restaurant Associations and the National Restaurant Association.

Hotel & Payment Information

• Hotel reservations and meeting registration payments will be processed by Well-Planned Events and will appear on your credit card statement under that name.
• Rates are available November 15-20. If you would like to extend your stay outside of these dates, it would be subject to availability and prevailing rates. 
• A major credit card is required at hotel check-in to cover room charges and incidental expenses.
• Check-in: 4:00 p.m.
• Check-out: 11:00 a.m.

Reservation Policies

• Failure to arrive on your scheduled arrival date ("no-show") will result in a charge of $309 plus 16.75% taxes plus $2.50 city occupancy fee, and the remainder of your reservation will be canceled.
• Hotel reservation cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before arrival to avoid a one-night cancellation fee of $309.00 plus applicable taxes.
• Any changes to your registration or hotel reservation, including cancellations, should be directed to Leanne at Well-Planned Events.

Registration Cancellation Policy

• Registration cancellations are subject to a $50 administrative fee.
• No refunds can be issued after November 12.
